SICK POLICE SHOOT POOR DOG

I found this video today of a Hawthorne police officer shooting a helpless dog. When you watch the video, first of all, if you're a dog lover, this will anger you. Secondly, it becomes clear that the dog was not lunging at the officer but was, in fact, simply barking at him because the officer was messing with his owner and wrongly arresting him if I might add. The man was simply listening to loud music, which should not be a crime last time I checked. If it is, someone needs to do something about it. This just goes to show the injustice in our legal system.
